Oracle HCM Cloud
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in the implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Oracle HCM modules according to best practices and client requirements.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-implementation support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and end-users.
• Prepare training materials and deliver user training sessions.
• Provide input into project planning and status reporting.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of at least three HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent, Compensation).
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Ability to design and execute functional test scripts and cases.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle Reporting Tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
