Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Job Overview
CMiC is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support ERP implementation and drive user adoption. This role will assess change impacts, develop and execute change management plans, and lead communication, and stakeholder engagement to help teams embrace new systems with confidence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training efforts to promote adoption and minimize disruption.
- Partner with project managers, implementation teams, and senior leadership to integrate change management into overall project delivery.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and engagement materials/plans
- Identify and address resistance through proactive coaching, feedback loops, and support programs.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change methodologies for future rollouts.
Requirements
- Able to travel to the US for work puposes without any restrictions (MUST)
- Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory in-office days
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP); PMP or equivalent is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled in creating professional presentations and visual materials to communicate change strategies and project updates.
- Proven experience leading change management for software or ERP implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
