As Regional Sales Manager for EOS imaging, you will be responsible for the development of strategic activities and promotions in cooperation with our Distributors that will result in the successful achievement of indirect channel sales growth in Middle East and South Europe
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieves sales objectives (orders, revenue.) as set by the Senior VP Sales International.
- Develops and maintains excellent relationships with the various EOS partners in Europe.
- Gives feedback to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.
- Develops the strategic activities and sales promotions in cooperation with our distributors (including attending marketing trade shows).
- Must be aware of competitor activities, account history, emerging trends and understand how to create and capitalize on opportunities.
- Is responsible for sales development of current prospects as well as hunting for new opportunities through distributors.
- Must perform assigned administrative tasks including sales reporting, maintaining CRM, information, etc.
- Travels approximately 40% of his/her time.
Requirements
Education and experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience). Preferably in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
- 10 years minimum of proven experience in capital equipment sales with a strong knowledge in radiology and/or orthopedic.
- International experience in Europe and Middle East countries
Required skills and abilities
- Strong closing skills at C level.
- Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team (be a self-starter)
- Working knowledge of healthcare market segments within an assigned sales territory.
- Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
- Language skills: English, French and Arabic would be a plus.
- Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
- Industry and product knowledge.
- Reimbursement schemes knowledge in the assigned countries
