Job Summary: As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work daily with the rest of the team to identify which brands need to be scheduled at various locations, handle emails from the field team regarding their shifts, and report to the Account Manager and Scheduling Manager to ensure that all shifts are scheduled accordingly.  Our Scheduling Coordinators are expected to be detail-oriented, highly organized, have an analytical mindset, and have a passion for the beauty industry. This is a full-time role, with the work schedule being Monday-Friday at our Corporate Office in Newport Beach, CA. Must be local to Orange County and be able to work on-site.
