Chain Reaction is looking for a qualified UI/UX Designer to join our growing product team. If you’re passionate about turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive digital experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and workflows into clear, intuitive UI designs.
• Collaborate with creative director and developers to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing with clients and internal teams, iterating based on insights.
• Design mobile and desktop interfaces with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and ease of adoption.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.
• Clearly articulate design decisions and present work effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design best practices.
• Ability to simplify complex processes into smooth, user-friendly flows.
• Excellent English communication skills — mandatory.
