VAVE Coordination (f/m/d)
Leads and coordinates VAVE activities by identifying value‑improvement opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and driving initiatives that optimize product design.
Responsibilities:
- Lead VAVE workshops and cross-functional initiatives
- Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies
- Prepare cost assessments and track VAVE targets
- Facilitate validation activities with customers and suppliers
- Serve as primary point of contact for VAVE-related topics
Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive preferred)
- Proficient English speaking and writing skills (80%)
- Strong time management experience
- Working knowledge of Capital Library is essential
- Pro-active, Self-motivated and flexible
- MS Excel to advanced level
- Experience using FORS ERP system is essential
