3D Engineer (6 Months Fixed Term)

• Carry out the scan of parts with a scanner.
• Carry out the post processing of the files with the scanning software.
• Cut, align and morph 3D files of parts.
• Model wiring harnesses, hoses and specific parts.
• Carry out the scan of reference scans during the teardown of the vehicle during the AutoReverse process.
• Carry out the photogrammetry of vehicles, systems or parts with a Tritop.
• Carry out the scan of vehicles, systems or parts with a scanner.
• Carry out the post processing of the files with the scanning software.
• Clean vehicles, systems and scanned parts.
• Clean (with software) data of complete vehicles, systems and parts previously scanned. Repair (with software) data of complete vehicles, systems and parts previously scanned.
• Separate (with software) data of complete vehicles, systems and parts previously scanned.
• Align (with software) data of complete vehicles, systems and parts previously scanned.
• Morph (with software) data of complete vehicles, systems and parts previously scanned.
• Carry out the scan of systems or parts with a scanner.
• Clean scanned systems or parts.
• Carry out the post processing of the files with the software.
• Cut, align and morph 3D files of parts.
• Model mechanical connections between different systems or parts.
• Carry out the delivery of data on the platform.

Requirements

Professional Background

• Degree: Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics
• Knowledge in materials, production, and assembly lines.
• Basic knowledge in manufacturing processes.

Skills & Abilities

• Experience in IT Tools, 3D Tools and 3D Design Software
• Language: Intermediate English
• Experience in Automotive industry (preferable)
