By accessing or using our website at hirehere.me, including any subdomains, content, functionality, and services offered on or through the platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HireHere ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, posting a job, submitting a resume, or otherwise using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
HireHere is an online job board platform that connects job seekers with employers. Our Service includes, but is not limited to:
HireHere acts as an intermediary platform connecting employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we act as an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers or the accuracy of information provided by any user of the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself without their express permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. HireHere is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Candidate Accounts: Allow you to browse job listings, create a professional profile, upload your resume, and receive personalized job recommendations based on your skills and experience.
Company Accounts: Allow you to post job listings, manage your company profile, view candidate recommendations for your open positions, and communicate with potential candidates through the platform.
When posting a job on HireHere, you agree to comply with the following requirements:

HireHere reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any job posting at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, our content standards, or applicable law. We may also remove postings that we determine, in our sole discretion, are fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise harmful to our users.
HireHere offers multiple pricing tiers for job postings. Free listings receive standard visibility in search results. Paid listings receive enhanced visibility with a boosted position in search results. Featured and highlighted listings receive premium placement with maximum visibility and prominence across the platform. Current pricing details are available on our website and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. HireHere does not store your full credit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with industry-standard security practices.
If you are not satisfied with your paid job posting, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the posting has not received candidate applications through the platform. Refund requests should be submitted to support@hirehere.me. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the 7-day window or where significant use of the Service has occurred.
When using the Service, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HireHere and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The HireHere name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of HireHere. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
By submitting content to the Service, including job postings, resumes, profiles, and other materials, you grant HireHere a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license continues for as long as your content remains on the platform and terminates when you remove your content or delete your account, except where your content has been shared with or adopted by other users.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you submit to the Service. HireHere does not claim ownership of your job postings, resumes, or other user-generated content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your content and to grant the license described above.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at legal@hirehere.me.
Your resume and CV data are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Resumes uploaded to HireHere are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. All resume data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. You maintain full control over your resume data at all times, including the ability to download, update, or permanently delete your resume from our systems. AI-powered features such as job matching and skill extraction process your resume data solely to improve your experience on the platform and do not share or expose your information to other users or external services.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by HireHere. This includes links to employer websites, applicant tracking systems, and external job application pages. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that HireHere is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services available through such websites or resources. We strongly recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HIREHERE, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to HireHere in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HireHere, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or proprietary right; or (d) any content you submit or post through the Service, including job postings, resumes, and profile information.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@hirehere.me or by using the account deletion feature in your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. We may also remove any content you have posted or submitted to the Service.
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. Any outstanding payment obligations will remain due. Your content may be retained in our backup systems for a reasonable period following termination but will not be actively displayed on the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HireHere operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against HireHere.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by posting a notice on the Service or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service and should discontinue use immediately.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and HireHere regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and HireHere.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
The failure of HireHere to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall not be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of HireHere. Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. HireHere may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
