Scope of role:
This is a hands-on, performance-minded copywriter role, not a passive brand-writing position.
You’ll be responsible for translating scientific credibility into compelling, conversion-focused messaging across the full marketing ecosystem. Your work will directly influence awareness, education, trust, and revenue.
You should be equally comfortable crafting sharp ad headlines, long-form editorial, product storytelling, and executive thought leadership—while continuously optimizing based on data and feedback.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Execution
- Write high-impact copy across campaigns, email, SMS, product pages, ads, blogs, and social channels.
- Develop product and packaging copy that translates complex science into clear, benefit-driven storytelling.
- Adapt core brand messaging into channel-specific formats that drive engagement and conversion.
2. Campaign & Performance Support
- Partner with design, growth, and lifecycle teams to execute launches and evergreen initiatives.
- Produce A/B test variants for headlines, CTAs, and paid media copy to improve performance metrics.
- Write SEO-informed editorial and blog content to support organic growth and authority.
3. Thought Leadership & LinkedIn Support
- Draft and refine short- and long-form LinkedIn content to support brand and founder thought leadership.
- Translate internal expertise (R&D insights, innovation milestones, industry commentary) into credible, outward-facing narratives.
- Maintain a consistent executive voice that reinforces scientific authority and leadership POV.
4. Internal Communications & Brand Hygiene
- Audit and refresh internal-facing copy (brand decks, SOPs, sales enablement, CX macros) for consistency and clarity.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in messaging and proactively recommend improvements.
- Ensure internal teams are aligned with current positioning, voice, and narrative standards.
5. Voice Consistency & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Maintain strict adherence to brand voice and editorial guidelines.
- Iterate on the creative based on performance insights, feedback, and testing results.
- Support PR, retail, and partnership copy needs as required.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of copywriting or content marketing experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Proven ability to write across formats—from high-performing ad copy to long-form editorial.
- Strong grasp of tone modulation across audiences and platforms.
- Experience collaborating with creative, growth, and lifecycle marketing teams.
- Comfort using data and analytics to inform optimization (CTR, open rates, conversions).
