Intetics Inc, a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a talented Middle Recruiter to join our team.

What you will do:

• Attract candidates through various job platforms;
• Advertise open roles on various channels;
• Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;
• Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs;
• Screen, interview, and make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us (whether hired or not);
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process;
• Make lead-generation activities.

Requirements

•Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (B1+);
•At least 1 year of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
•Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
•Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;
•Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards;
•Open, easy-going personality.
