A-level Economics teacher (Bilingual)

Dipont Education is seeking a bilingual Economics teacher to join our high school program at Hangzhou Foreign Languages School, one of the most well-established and highly regarded schools in China.

Background

Founded in 2008, our A-level program delivers Cambridge IGCSE ESL, a combined ESL and Literature course for high school students, as well as an A-level course on Global Perspectives. Our educators instruct, guide and challenge the next generation of thinkers, makers and leaders of global change.

About the School

Location
HFLS is located 30-40 drive to the west of the Hangzhou CBD. Tea fields adorn the nearby hillsides, ideal for hiking. If you choose to live downtown shuttle buses are provided for your commuting needs.

Curriculum
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Cambridge A-level courses across a wide range of disciplines. Our curriculum is international, challenging and stimulating for both teachers and students.

Students
HFLS students are bright, motivated and ambitious, presenting few disciplinary challenges. Every year, 80% of graduates are admitted to top universities in China and abroad and many go on to have high-profile careers. More than 30 HFLS graduates are now serving in China’s foreign ministry.
