You’ll collaborate with diverse, creative people around the globe to hone the Zscaler Cyber Academy brand, increase awareness and demand, support partnerships, and drive home big wins for the world’s cloud security leader and our customers worldwide.

We’re looking for an experienced Academy Portfolio Marketing Specialist to join our Community & Training Outreach team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Community and Academy Outreach, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing service offerings and packages for the entire education portfolio
  • Creating and implementing outreach campaigns, including market and competitive analysis
  • Developing marketing materials, coordinating events, managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring training offerings are effectively positioned in the market
  • Defining and executing the global GTM strategy for all education offerings, ensuring alignment with the NSI strategy roadmap and NPI initiatives
  • Collaborating with product management, customer success, and professional services teams to sync education offerings and GTM processes

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in product, solution, or content marketing roles 
  • Experience managing event planning, campaigns, and related initiatives
  • Proven ability to create and deliver high-impact messaging and marketing collateral
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience building compelling slide decks
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to build business cases and conduct trend analysis

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Proven success growing education portfolios and adoption in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS technology companies, ideally with security and networking technologies
  • Experience leading training and certification initiatives 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
