What You’ll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing a pipeline of qualified B2B prospectsRun consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomesUnderstand customer pain points around growth & lead generation, and translate our platform's capabilities into business valueNavigate deals with multiple stakeholders including marketing leaders, sales heads, business owners and foundersHit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets in a high-growth environment
What We're Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS and 1+ years of experience selling to North AmericaProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotaStrong discovery skills—you know how to uncover pain points and qualify opportunities effectivelyComfortable with consultative, value-based selling rather than transactional approachesExperience selling to SMB or mid-market B2B companies (manufacturing, distribution, or services a plus)Experience closing deals on low-intent, outbound dealsSelf-starter mentality—you're comfortable building process and refining your approach in a startup environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical buyers
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or digital servicesProven track record hitting/exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environmentSMB sales chops—you know how to build urgency, handle objections, and close without lengthy procurement cyclesConsultative selling skills—you diagnose before prescribing and can articulate ROI clearlyComfort with ambiguity—you’re joining an early-stage startup where adaptability mattersCRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and strong process disciplineExcellent English communication skills for engaging with global prospectsWant to hustle like crazy to hit the numbers!
