What You Will Need

  • To have a university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • To bring previous experience in retail, e-commerce, and travel industries, which is a valuable advantage.
  • To have solid experience in the SaaS industry.
  • To have knowledge of Martech, including Digital Marketing and Customer Experience.
  • To demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with partners at the executive level. We focus on partnership rather than traditional sales.
  • To have strong oral and written communication skills, along with positive and energetic phone etiquette and excellent listening abilities.
  • To be self-motivated and passionate about technology, always seeking smart solutions and creative ideas to strengthen our relationships with partners located around the globe.
  • To embrace one of our core values: care. You genuinely care about partners and ensure they feel supported and well guided with our products and continuous assistance.
  • To have strong time and project management abilities.
  • To pay close attention to detail and have enthusiasm for testing, measuring, and improving outreach and follow-up performance.
  • To be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
  • To be willing to share your expertise with the team and take the lead in internal projects, even though this is not a team management position.
