🎯 Your Role (End-to-End Ownership)


1️⃣ Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Drive new B2B client acquisition (SME to mid-size enterprises)
  • Manage full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing
  • Deliver engaging product demos and presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and revenue forecasts

2️⃣ Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead client onboarding from setup to go-live
  • Deliver training and ensure clients adopt the system correctly
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth implementation

3️⃣ Account Management & Retention

  • Manage relationships with active clients post go-live
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and early churn signals
  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Collect client feedback for continuous product improvement
     

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation
  • Comfortable handling both sales & post-sales responsibilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic SQL understanding is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Proactive, structured, and high ownership mentality
