🎯 Your Role (End-to-End Ownership)
1️⃣ Sales & Client Acquisition
- Drive new B2B client acquisition (SME to mid-size enterprises)
- Manage full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and revenue forecasts
2️⃣ Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead client onboarding from setup to go-live
- Deliver training and ensure clients adopt the system correctly
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth implementation
3️⃣ Account Management & Retention
- Manage relationships with active clients post go-live
- Monitor usage, adoption, and early churn signals
- Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Collect client feedback for continuous product improvement
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Implementation
- Comfortable handling both sales & post-sales responsibilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset; comfortable with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic SQL understanding is a plus (not mandatory)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Proactive, structured, and high ownership mentality
