We are looking for an Account Executive to help us expand across Europe, working with enterprise organisations at the forefront of AI adoption.

New customers & new markets
Deeploy is entering a strong growth phase, with rising inbound demand and increasing market visibility driven by targeted marketing initiatives. This role is about opening new logos in highly regulated industries and helping us establish Deeploy as a category leader in AI Governance.
Helping customers navigate complexity
You’ll be the bridge between our product and the real-world governance, compliance and risk challenges organisations face. You’ll have strategic conversations with senior stakeholders about explainability, transparency and responsible AI at scale.
Grow our GTM motion
You’ll join a small, ambitious commercial team, supported by marketing, with the opportunity to directly shape our go-to-market strategy, sales motion and future leadership structure as we scale.
What you will own
Own the full sales cycle
From sourcing and qualifying new enterprise opportunities to closing deals, supported by inbound leads, campaigns and account-based marketing, with an average sales cycle of ~5 months and ARR-focused outcomes.
Translate complex needs into clear value
Engage with governance, compliance, risk and technical stakeholders to understand their challenges and position Deeploy as a strategic solution.
Showcase value efficiently
Deliver compelling demos, build strong business cases and design proof-of-concepts that clearly demonstrate Deeploy’s value in a short timeframe.
Shape product direction
Work closely with product, customer and marketing teams, feeding back insights from the field to influence roadmap decisions, messaging and positioning.
Scale commercial excellence
Help build a repeatable GTM motion, processes, messaging, content and best practices in close collaboration with marketing, to scale the broader Account Executive function over time.
Who you are
Commercial experience
You bring 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally full-cycle and enterprise-focused, selling complex or infrastructure-related products.
Technical & AI affinity
You have a strong understanding of infrastructure, data or AI, and can confidently engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Responsible AI, explainability or compliance frameworks is a strong plus.
Enterprise & regulated-industry exposure
You have experience selling into European regulated sectors such as financial services, healthcare, pharma, public or corporate environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset
You thrive in fast-paced start-ups, are proactive and hands-on, and enjoy building things from scratch rather than inheriting fixed playbooks.
Languages
Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
