What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will exceed annual revenue and booking quotas for an assigned territory within mid-sized enterprises. You will develop sales opportunities through prospecting, marketing, and leveraging our partner ecosystem to acquire new business for Pebl. You will demonstrate the ability to navigate complex partner and stakeholder requirements across organizations.

This role reports to the VP, Regional EMEA Sales and is remote-based within the EMEA region.

 

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop and maintain account plans to manage territory activity and growth.
  • Build and guide your pipeline through strategic outbound activities, identify new accounts, establish internal champions, and close deals with key decision-makers.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Forecast revenue for your territory to manage sales growth.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Pebl's products and services, the marketplace, competitive landscape, and relevant business trends.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Sales management regarding territory conditions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Effectiveness, and other internal teams.

 

Let's Connect If You:

  • Have 3+ years of prospect-facing SaaS sales experience focused on mid-market to large enterprises.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota targets.
  • Possess a consultative customer service and project management approach.
  • Are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Can quickly assimilate information across a global business operating in 185+ countries.
  • Are comfortable with an anticipated travel of ~20%.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
