What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Japanese clients, building and nurturing strong, long-term strategic relationships.
  • Drive business expansion and revenue growth by promoting new offerings and identifying upselling opportunities with existing Japanese clients.
  • Provide essential support to the Japanese Sales Team, including preparing high-impact proposals, sales presentations, and contracts in Japanese, to effectively close deals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of client accounts, ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of our commerce and marketing services and the efficient resolution of any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (product, marketing, logistics) to deeply understand client needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions that leverage our full suite of platforms.

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written) to communicate professionally and effectively with Japanese clients.
  • Proficiency in English to collaborate seamlessly with internal international teams and non-Japanese clients.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or account management within the digital marketing, influencer marketing, or e-commerce industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts, with experience specifically handling Japanese clients being highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of digital tools & channels and the competitive market in which brands operate.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
