This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Account Executive, Mid-Market. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing a portfolio of existing accounts and driving the success of innovative products. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing positive relationships with customers, focusing on understanding their workforce upskilling needs and business challenges. You’ll leverage data to develop account strategies that align with customer goals and ensure long-term customer success. This is a fantastic opportunity to significantly impact the customer lifecycle and contribute to growth within the Mid-Market segment.

Accountabilities

  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets for retention and growth, including quota, GRR, NRR, cross-sell, and upsell for assigned accounts.
  • Consult with economic buyers and stakeholders to understand customer workforce upskilling and reskilling needs.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with customer transformation needs using industry data.
  • Establish strong customer partnerships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Generate and close renewal and expansion opportunities ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and tools to ensure measurable value for customers.
  • Meet all CRM requirements including account health and communication records.
  • Manage renewal timelines effectively and execute contracts in accordance with business practices.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer renewals with an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in conducting virtual client meetings.
  • Experience with renewal and upgrade forecasting, quoting, and opportunity management.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B customer relationship management.
  • Ability to prospect and manage a designated territory for revenue growth.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycle stages and leveraging each stage for advancement.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consulting skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
