As one of our early Account Executives, you'll not only close pivotal deals but also shape our entire go-to-market motion and help build our sales team from scratch. This role offers a rare combination of immediate impact, strategic ownership, and career-defining growth potential.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from pipeline generation to executive presentations, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiation

  • Convert inbound demand and open-source traction into strategic enterprise wins

  • Drive and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to influence roadmap, positioning, and customer success

  • Define and implement sales processes, tools, and best practices to scale

  • Serve as a founding member of the sales team with clear path to sales leadership as we grow

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota

  • Experience selling to large, complex organizations (Fortune 500 preferred)

  • Familiarity with technical buyers (security, platform, engineering, or ML teams)

  • Formal training in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC strongly preferred)

  • Proven success landing net-new logos and managing multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment

  • Clear, thoughtful communicator
