As one of our early Account Executives, you'll not only close pivotal deals but also shape our entire go-to-market motion and help build our sales team from scratch. This role offers a rare combination of immediate impact, strategic ownership, and career-defining growth potential.
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle: from pipeline generation to executive presentations, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiation
Convert inbound demand and open-source traction into strategic enterprise wins
Drive and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to influence roadmap, positioning, and customer success
Define and implement sales processes, tools, and best practices to scale
Serve as a founding member of the sales team with clear path to sales leadership as we grow
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
Experience selling to large, complex organizations (Fortune 500 preferred)
Familiarity with technical buyers (security, platform, engineering, or ML teams)
Formal training in a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC strongly preferred)
Proven success landing net-new logos and managing multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup environment
Clear, thoughtful communicator
