This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Account Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of innovative products and solutions within the United States market. You will leverage your extensive industry contacts and market experience to develop relationships and close new business while maximizing growth opportunities within existing accounts. As a strategic thinker, your insights will influence not only sales but also cross-functional strategies, helping to shape the future of our offerings. With your skills in value-based selling, you will become a trusted advisor to clients, driving revenue growth and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing a pipeline and closing new-logo business while uncovering expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute against a territory sales plan.
  • Generate new logo and expansion business pipeline by employing demand-gen and pipeline-gen techniques/workflows.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products to customers.
  • Accurately manage and forecast against an opportunity pipeline.
  • Work with cross-functional teams as needed to support key activities such as pipeline generation efforts, closing business, and customer/account management.
  • Understand the market trends of your territory and advise cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Manage the contracting and procurement process.
  • Regularly educate customers on new use-cases and deliver commercial insight.
  • Conduct regular field activities such as customer meetings and conferences.
  • Regularly achieve and exceed sales quotas by meeting New-Logo, Expansion, and Renewal business targets.
  • Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • University degree in technical or business-related fields is an asset.
  • 5+ years experience in a quota-carrying customer-facing role, selling a SaaS or highly technical solution.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in managing opportunities and closing business with large enterprise and government accounts.
  • Experience in technology sales related to remote sensing or geospatial data is a plus.

  • Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 USD annually with a 50/50 commission split.
