Requirements

What You'll Actually Do

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll:

  • Execute sampling activations from start to finish
  • Keep clients informed and sometimes even a step ahead
  • Take charge of timelines, budgets, and campaign logistics like a true backstage powerhouse
  • Identify issues swiftly, implement solutions, and leave clients impressed with your expertise
  • Collaborate seamlessly with operations, drivers, and warehouse people to ensure pre-and post flight activations
  • Drive lead generation using HubSpot & manage basic invoicing in Xero
  • Mentor and support a junior coordinator to strengthen the team
  • Propose customised solutions that address client needs and foster account growth

What You Bring

You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to bring:

  • Exceptional relationship skills – a knack for client interactions that foster confidence and trust
  • Operational expertise – adept at managing logistics and ensuring seamless delivery
  • Ability to prioritise – maintaining composure under pressure while finding clarity in chaotic situations
  • Commercial insight – a keen understanding of what impacts the bottom line
  • Proactive problem solver – taking initiative without waiting for direction
  • Collaborative spirit – empowering and uplifting those around you
  • Aspiring leader – eager to mentor others and ready to embrace the next challenge

You’ll also bring — or quickly build — knowledge of temperature protocols (yes, ice cream must stay frozen).
