Job Responsibilities
- Boost client satisfaction by fostering partnerships that transform them into advocates of our brand.
- Effectively manage existing accounts to ensure year-over-year growth in sales volume within the pre-employment screening industry.
- Collaborate with clients to align products and services with their current and future hiring requirements.
- Establish and nurture enduring client relationships characterized by professionalism and trust.
- Optimize current accounts and explore new business opportunities by collaborating with regional resources.
- Supervise the progression of opportunities and lead through detailed opportunity pipeline reports.
- Deliver presentations to educate clients on our products, services, and conduct needs analysis to facilitate the closure of sales.
- Initiate and develop prospects for revenue pipeline expansion.
- Contribute to achieving sales and organizational objectives by fulfilling related responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Account Management and/or selling in a business-to-business environment
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role
- Experience using a CRM; Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar
- Confidentiality and work ethics
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn the fundamentals of property management and real estate businesses
- MUST be amenable to work in the US Time zone
- Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
- Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
