JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a data-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic Growth Team in Athens. In this role, you will be exclusively focused on managing the online booking services of our telco strategic partner, 11888 giaola. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving supplier engagement, and achieving revenue growth across a platform that connects thousands of end-users with trusted service providers in real time.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Revenue and will be responsible for:

  • Act as the main point of contact for our telco strategic partner, managing the performance and development of its online booking for services ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth team to effectively manage relationships between customers and suppliers, demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Align customer needs with supplier offerings by maintaining a delicate balance between both sides, ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting suppliers in expanding through the growing digital demand for their services
  • Monitoring suppliers’ strategic KPIs. Actively listening to their needs and propositions. Realigning them to customers’ high standard commitment
  • Identifying issues at an early stage, providing and implementing sound and tailormade solutions via using a mix of proactive and reactive actions in line with the team goals and objectives
  • Detect and communicate critical supply gaps, while anticipating and managing operational and tactical risks
  • Leverage data to make informed, strategic decisions, transforming insights into impactful actions
  • Responsible to set the monthly sales targets and co-ordinate the sales team accordingly 
  • Working closely with the Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or similar fields
  • Proven work experience 3 - 5 years as Account Manager / Operation Specialist or similar roles
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Usage and knowledge of Data Studio, or relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and outstanding organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of Agile project management methodologies
  • Team player willing to foster team collaboration and growth of team members
  • Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
