A boutique recruiting agency is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. We're known for connecting exceptional talent with innovative teams across a range of industries, and this role will be key in building and sustaining client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to our clients—building trust, diagnosing hiring needs, and collaborating closely with our recruiting team to deliver quality hires, fast. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, drive growth through consultative selling, and ensure a seamless experience from intake to offer.

What You’ll Do

Client Partnership & Growth

  • Build and nurture relationships with Founders, CHROs, CEOs, and Hiring Managers

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts across various industries and growth stages

  • Drive new business via referrals, outreach, and inbound leads

  • Collaborate with recruiters to deliver high-impact talent solutions

  • Conduct regular client check-ins, communicate proactively, and ensure searches stay on track

Sales & Strategy

  • Use consultative selling to identify client pain points and propose tailored solutions

  • Translate business needs into clear search strategies and hiring plans

  • Support role scoping, process design, and candidate profile development

  • Negotiate pricing and partnership terms with a long-term mindset

Execution & Coordination

  • Lead clients through the full hiring process (intake, JD creation, sourcing, coordination, feedback, offer)

  • Align stakeholders around timelines and expectations for smooth execution

  • Track search progress in our ATS and report updates via Slack, email, and weekly recaps

  • Share metrics and market insights to guide hiring decisions

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in Recruitment account management, sales, or client services (agency or consulting a plus)

  • Strong rapport-building skills with executive stakeholders

  • Exposure to recruiting, staffing, or professional services environments

  • Excellent communication—written, verbal, and visual

  • A proactive, organized, and responsive work style

  • Comfort with tools like Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Trello, and Ashby

  • Passion for people, hiring, and delivering results
