Account Manager

 

We’re passionate about delivering top-quality printing solutions and building lasting client relationships. We’re adding an exceptional Account Manager to help balance workloads and bring fresh energy to our growing team.

·       Base Salary: $55K–$60K per year

·       Commission Potential: Top earners can make $100K+

·       Manage client accounts with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail

·       Process orders using industry-specific software

·       Communicate with clients via phone and email, keeping them informed every step of the way

·       Prepare quotes, invoices, and project updates

·       Coordinate with our plant manager and production teams to ensure jobs run smoothly

·       Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

·       Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellent service

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong organization, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities

·       Confident working with numbers and technology

·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel required)

·       Minimum 2 years in account management or a high-level administrative role

·       Printing experience a plus (we’ll train the right person)

·       Reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional remote/offsite work
