Essential Functions:

Assist DOF with GL monthly closings and financial report preparation.

Prepare bank reconciliations.

Prepare and post journal entries.

Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts.

Maintain prepaid and accrued expense schedules.

Close Fixed Assets and Construction in Progress monthly.

Provide backup for Accounts Payable and post Cash deposits.

Process construction draw requisitions.

Prepare reports required under bond agreements.

Aid in budget preparation and reporting.

Generate monthly and quarterly analytic reports and periodic regulatory reports.

Assist in preparing required tax filings.

Special projects as needed assigned by the CFO and DOF.

Requirements:

BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

Minimum 5 years’ general accounting experience

Experience in healthcare or hospitality setting, desirable

Proficient in MS Office, including Excel

Strong interpersonal abilities

Dynamic written and verbal communication skills

Proven problem-solving skills
