Phụ trách tất toán công nợ phải thu khách hàng cho các công ty Eurofins tại Australia, New Zealand

1. Tiếp nhận thông báo khách hàng trả tiền, xác minh và đối chiếu các khoản thanh toán với hoá đơn tương ứng ở phần mềm kế toán, đảm bảo tính chính xác và đầy đủ
2. Lưu giữ hồ sơ đầy đủ về các khoản thanh toán và các tài liệu liên quan, đảm bảo tính đầy đủ của dữ liệu
3. Phát hiện và giải quyết các chênh lệch giữa thanh toán và hoá đơn, liên hệ với các phòng ban nội bộ để xử lý vấn đề
4. Chuẩn bị báo cáo về các khoản thanh toán, số dư chưa thanh toán
5. Hàng tháng phát hành thư đối chiếu công nợ cho khách hàng

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): 1-2 năm

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, tài chính, quản trị kinh doanh

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Tiếng anh Đọc viết

Khác (Others):  Tin học văn phòng. Biết sử dụng phần mềm kế toán MYOB là 1 lợi thế
