Position Summary:
Execute on all business startup deliverables. Handle day-to-day accounting operations with focus on automation implementation, digital transaction processing, and support for advanced analytics initiatives. This position will report interim into the Finance Director of the organization.
Key responsibilities are:
Startup
- Design and propose Chart of Accounts to support business operating model of Longevity and Lifestyle Medical Pte Ltd and Morrow Health Pte Ltd.
- Support in all financial statutory registrations required
- Proactive in highlighting areas that need to immediate attention
- Prioritization of tasks leading to “Go Live”
Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee and perform full suite of accounts services for entities under Longevity and Lifestyle Medical Pte Ltd and Morrow Health Pte Ltd
- To prepare timely, accurate monthly financial reports and schedules for circulation to the management and audit/ tax purposes
- To prepare timely, accurate monthly cash flow forecast and budget are accurately accounted for submission of bank reconciliation reports
- To review and prepare quarterly GST returns, reconciliation, and tax filing
- Responsible for inter-company billings for expenses recharging and reconciliation
- To review and verify payments to suppliers, petty cash, and staff reimbursement
- To maintain records of all fixed assets movements and ensure proper fixed asset register reconcile with the general ledger
- To ensure accounting and financial procedures are carried out in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and all statutory requirements
- To liaise with internal, external parties on audit and tax matters
- Responsible for entities' accounts submission to ACRA
- To post payroll for entities [in collaboration with GM/HR]
- To assist in grant submission and yearly government statistical reports (if applicable)
Compliance and Controls
- To support SOP development to allow for critical controls to be in place
- To guide team on supporting documentation, approvals and proof of action to support internal control and external audit requirements
Systems Implementation, Administration & Data Quality
- Provide inputs, rationale in ERP systems design meeting
- Assist with system integrations and API data flow monitoring
- Support ERP system administration including user access management
- Implement data quality checks and automated error detection processes
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities for process automation and RPA implementation
- Support implementation of digital workflows and approval processes
- Support UAT and validation of automated processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency projects
The role may be required to work on ad-hoc matters or finance related or involved projects in addition to what is covered above.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- 3-5 years’ accounting experience with ERP systems
- Technical Skills: Power Query, Advanced Excel/VBA, basic RPA tools knowledge
- Experience with automated processing and digital workflows
- Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA tools
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Experience in MS Dynamics Business Central/Navision proficiency advantageous
- Basic understanding of API integrations and data connectors
