The Accounting Lead Technical Support Engineer serves as a skilled specialist providing advanced technical support for customers utilizing property management accounting software. This role requires substantial knowledge of accounting systems and the ability to apply that expertise to resolve a wide range of customer issues. The position also contributes to internal knowledge sharing and process improvements, regularly collaborating across departments to ensure efficient and effective customer support. This role acts as a go-to resource for peers and is expected to lead by example in service delivery and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for accounting-related software issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Development to resolve escalated issuesParticipate in product sprint reviews and offer feedback to improve software functionalityRecommend improvements to internal procedures and support processesInformally lead and support team members by sharing knowledge and offering guidance on complex casesContribute to the development of internal documentation and training resources
