Accounting Manager (Korean Bilingual)

• Manage full accounting operations: GL, AR, AP, tax, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.

• Prepare accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Use QuickBooks for accounting, reporting, and analysis.

• Design and control management systems across finance, sales, inventory, and purchasing.

• Collaborate with departments to improve processes and operational efficiency.

• Support ERP or IT system implementation and maintenance.

• Lead and mentor accounting staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.

• 7–15 years of experience in accounting or finance management.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, tax, and financial reporting.

• Advanced QuickBooks skills; ERP or IT system experience is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to design and control company-wide operational systems.
