Accounts Payable Analyst - Work From Home

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to efficiently process high volumes of electricity, gas, and LPG invoices while ensuring data accuracy and meeting KPIs. The role involves managing internal queries, maintaining customer documentation, and proactively resolving billing issues to support seamless operations.

• Process a high volume of electricity, gas, and LPG invoices in the company platform with precision and speed.
• Respond to internal queries in a timely and professional manner to support seamless operations.
• Maintain in-house systems and customer documentation, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
• Take accountability for the quality and daily performance of all tasks, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure accurate bill entry and proactively resolve any errors in the data.
• Submit daily reports on completed invoices to track progress and performance.
• Identify and escalate issues to senior team members or managers for resolution when necessary.

Requirements

• Professional qualification certification or equivalent experience in data entry or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar data entry roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within the team.
• Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to problem-solve efficiently.
• Results and goal-oriented mindset.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Experience in the electricity, gas, and utilities industries is a plus.
