Accounts Payable Associate | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and post invoices.
• Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions.
• Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies.
• Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
• Detailed oriented and organized.
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
