Accounts Payable Specialist (Invoicing/Billing) | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Send email requests to facilities or partners to obtain required census reports.
• Calculate total monthly census numbers and accurately enter data into spreadsheets.
• Create invoices and manage billing documentation in a timely manner.
• Retrieve Vita census reports and cross-match data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on missing or incomplete census information.
• Support administrative tasks related to census reporting and billing as needed.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of Accounting experience (AP)
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
• Amenable working night shift
