Accounts Payable Specialist | With 21K Signing Bonus

Account roles and responsibilities:

• Email and contact vendor for ancillary invoices
• Coding the ancillary GLs in Quickbase
• Printing the GL summary and attached to invoices
• Review ancillary invoices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in Accounting (AP/AR)
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
