What You Will Do
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage daily operations and ensure KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Fulfill basic reporting needs by accurately extracting and organizing data from internal sources
- Act as a go-to contact for questions related to internal programs and policies; escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for processes, policies, and internal FAQs
- Partner with teams to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Take ownership of additional ad-hoc projects as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a support, operations, or shared services function
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in a high-growth international tech environment is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic reporting functions, etc.)
- Track record of managing documentation and providing internal support with a customer-focused mindset

This role is based in our Makati office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
