About the role 🚀 As a key member of our Acquisition team, you will work closely with the RevOps team in the French market on cross-functional topics to help drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. Your insights and analysis will help us refine our approach and grow our customer base. In this role, you will dive deep into data, answering critical questions that inform our strategy and operations. You'll work with diverse teams (in particular RevOps, account executive & sales development representative) — across France, Spain, UK and Germany — to ensure our business is on the path to growth. From strategic planning to optimizing day-to-day acquisition work, your ability to analyze, communicate, and collaborate will be key. You’ll have the opportunity to fine-tune your analytical and business skills by handling some go-to-market strategy analysis, improving company’s market intelligence knowledge, and working on ad hoc projects. If you want to contribute to your Acquisition team's efficiency and enjoy building sales strategy, let’s discuss ! ✨ Competitive benchmark, market and data insights & Reporting (50%) - Be the eyes and ears of Bigblue in the market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences. - Collaborate closely with the Sales and RevOps team to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments; - Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights that drive business performance. Operational optimization (50%) - Collaborate with internal international teams to streamline processes and improve sales tracking and sales support tools. - Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system by ensuring data accuracy. - Support and empower the acquisition team by creating and improving existing training materials, and optimizing workflows. - Assist with the launch of initiatives and operational plans for the European markets
