Addiction Therapist (LPC or LCSW + LCDC in Pennsylvania)

Our product has historically been a mobile app that helps people stay sober through time tracking, an AI Sponsor, journaling exercises, educational content, and community.

We grew from 0 to over 100,000 monthly users in less than 6 months, and are now launching a tele-therapy clinic to help our users connect with licensed therapists.

We are hiring therapists that want to work with us to build what the future of addiction care looks like in a world where we combine the “human expert” with a 24/7 AI companion, to help people stay sober and become less likely to relapse.

This role is 100% remote. We welcome LPCs or LCSWs + LCDCs and equivalent to provide talk therapy online.

What we’re looking for:

1. LPC or LCSW + LCDC license or equivalent in Pennsylvania

2. At least 2+ years of experience providing addiction focused talk therapy

3. A history of excellence your practice of therapy as demonstrated through patient outcomes

4. Excited about building the future of how AI will show up in the care of addiction

What you’ll get:

1. Cash comp between $70,000 - $90,000 DOE.

3. Ability to completely focus on the treatment of your patients without having to worry about operations or finding new patients.
