- Covering the front desk of Human Resource office
- Greeting the public
- Heavy phone usage skills are a must
- Assisting current employees and potential candidates with a variety of questions
- Computer skills should be above average
- Good communicaiton skills are necessary for this position
Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel Access is a bonus!
- 2+ yrs of Basic Office Equipment experience
- 1+ yrs of Administrative Assistant experience
- 1+ yrs of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma
- Legal Authorization to Work in the US
Additional Information
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM
- Pay: DOE
- 9 Month Contract +/-
