Role Overview
This role is part of Paramount Prints.
We champion individual style and the collective practice of transformational interior design. We create it. We supply it. We support it. We celebrate it. We also partner with the most brilliant trendsetters in design and fashion to advance it. And we want to bring it to as many people and into as many homes as possible. Paramount is an independently operating business unit of F. Schumacher & Co., functioning as a growth-stage startup with the resources of an established organization and serving both direct-to-consumer and bulk / volume channels. This is an exciting and highly visible position that plays an important role in shaping, supporting, and monitoring the future of Schumacher’s manufacturing operation.
Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
YOU WILL:
- Create, maintain and manipulate complex data sets using Microsoft Excel for operational reporting and analysis.
- Design and compile professional presentations using data provided by the Director and other teams.
- Manage Accounts Payable transactions and ensure timely and accurate submission.
- Assist with the generation of expenses reports, maintain basic budget tracking, and process invoices.
- Attend key meetings, meticulously take detailed and actionable notes, and ensure all follow-up items are tracked and completed by the responsible parties.
- Proactively manage and execute professional errands as needed.
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and accurately track inventory.
- Jump in to support any emerging operational needs or special projects as directed by the Operations Director.
YOU HAVE/ARE:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of administrative experience with a strong financial or operations focus, ideally in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, formulas, tracking), Word, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial and operational information with discretion
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a production-oriented, deadline-driven environment

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
