This is a critical, hands-on processing job focused on execution, quality, and speed. You will be a key member of the admissions team, responsible for managing a high volume of applications and ensuring a seamless, best-in-class processing experience for our prospective students and partners. Application Pipeline Ownership: Take full ownership of your assigned application pipeline. You will be responsible for knowing the status, timing, and next steps for every application you manage, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that all stakeholders are informed.
Hands-On Operations: Actively own and manage the daily application processing workflow. This includes hands-on application processing, screening, and evaluation against a set gold standard for quality and speed.
Detailed Information Management: Take full ownership of all application processing information and details for your portfolio. You will be responsible for keeping all program requirements, eligibility criteria, and informational materials meticulously updated by leveraging our internal systems.
Communication & Support: Manage all back-and-forth communication between the institution, applicants, and their counselors for your assigned queue, ensuring exceptional, clear, and timely support.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison to our counterparts in Canada, fostering a high-communication, collaborative environment to ensure seamless alignment on priorities and a unified global operation.
Data & Technology Utilization: Utilize data analytics and our platform to track your performance, identify bottlenecks, and accelerate the admissions funnel. Collaborate with our tech team to report bugs and suggest system enhancements.
Internal Operator Capacities To ensure a seamless integration between human expertise and AI efficiency, you will operate across the following key personas:
Knowledge Creator: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide primary intelligence for AI interaction. Define data standards, provide rigorous solutions for complex problems, and contribute to "Gold Standard" datasets to train and calibrate AI models.
Evaluator: Audit the performance and accuracy of AI outputs and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) interventions. Identify failure patterns, assess workflow efficiency, and pinpoint areas where AI models require retraining or policy refinements.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Operator: Manage "edge cases" and high-complexity tasks that AI cannot confidently complete. Provide real-time, granular feedback on model errors and act as the final quality barrier to validate or correct AI suggestions, ensuring 100% accuracy in the output stream.
Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years of experience in the international education industry, with a focus on admissions operations or processing.
Deep familiarity with the US, UK, and Canadian admission systems and a strong understanding of global admission requirements.
Proficiency with recruitment in Africa, South Asia, and East Asia is a significant plus.
Demonstrated track record as a top-performing individual contributor with a high capacity for processing applications accurately and efficiently.
Proven ability to deliver measurable results and a history of distinguishing between productive activity and tangible outcomes.
Experience working closely with technical or product teams to improve systems and processes is an asset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across cultures.
Passage operates with an in-office working model.
Candidates must be based in Gurugram, India or open to relocating and working five days per week in our Gurugram office.
