Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design

- Lead end-to-end solutioning for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations across AEM Sites, AEM Assets (DAM), Adobe Campaign, Workfront, RTCDP, Target, Analytics, and Firefly/GenAI.

- Design scalable MarTech architectures, omnichannel personalisation frameworks, and enterprise content supply chain models.

- Define integration strategies with CRM, commerce, SAP, CDP, data lakes, workflow systems, and third-party tools.

- Build reference architectures, blueprints, and future-state roadmaps.

2. Presales & Deal Leadership

- Own solution strategy for RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and orals.

- Build compelling value propositions, solution narratives, and effort/price models.

- Work with Sales and Industry teams to shape proactive deals and GTM pursuits.

- Conduct capability demonstrations, POVs, and accelerator showcases.

3. Client Advisory & Thought Leadership

- Act as a trusted advisor for CMO/CTO/CIO stakeholders on their digital experience and marketing transformation journeys.

- Drive discussions on content operations, DAM governance, metadata/taxonomy modelling, audience orchestration, GenAI-led content automation, and Adobe platform maturity.

- Represent the Adobe Practice in leadership forums, conferences, and strategic client sessions.

4. Delivery Governance & Quality

- Provide oversight on early phases (Discovery, Solution Blueprint, Architecture).

- Ensure alignment with Adobe best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines.

- Govern solution integrity across multi-vendor and multi-platform environments.

- Guide teams on estimation, scoping, and risk mitigation.

5. Practice Development & People Leadership

- Mentor AEM, Campaign, Data, and Multi-Solution Architects.

- Build accelerators, reusable templates, and frameworks.

- Support hiring, talent development, certifications, and capability building.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

RequirRequired Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

- 12–18+ years in Digital Experience/MarTech with 6–8 years in Adobe Experience Cloud.

- Deep solutioning in AEM Sites & Assets, Campaign, Workfront, RTCDP, AEP, Firefly/GenAI.

- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, DevOps, security, data governance, and integrations.

Consulting & Solutioning Skills

- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs across industries.

- Ability to craft solution blueprints, cost models, and multi-tower architectures.

- Executive communication and stakeholder management excellence.

Leadership Skills

- Strong people leadership, mentoring, and team development.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, and Architecture.

- Proven record in leading strategic proposals and winning deals.

Preferred Certifications

- Adobe Certified Expert/Architect in AEM, Campaign, Workfront, or RTCDP.

- Adobe Business Practitioner certifications.

- Agile/Scrum or SAFe.

- Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP).
