Advanced Digital Skills Programme – Women in Tech (Data, AI & Automation) - Cape Town
Programme Overview:
This initiative is part of our commitment to increasing women’s representation in the technology sector. Participants will receive practical, in-demand skills across four key streams:
- Data Engineering – building data pipelines, databases, and analytics solutions
- DevOps – cloud platforms, deployment practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code
- AI Engineering – developing and applying machine learning and AI solutions
- Software & Automation – software development, testing, and process automation
The programme also includes mentorship, career coaching, and industry exposure, equipping participants to thrive in the digital economy.
Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen (Born Citizenship)
- Must identify as a woman (programme is designed to support women’s participation in tech)
- NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in an IT specialised stream.
- Completed qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Cyber Security, and other tech domain-specific qualifications.
- Be able to provide your certificate of highest academic achievement.
- Between the ages of 18-34 years
- Passion for building a career in advanced digital fields
