Advanced quality planning engineer

Responsible for implementing and distributing customer requirements in new projects (process and product); 

Responsible to fulfil of maintaining of IMS (QMS, EMS, BOZP a PO) in area of his/her responsibility; 

Cooperate on creation of all documents for PPAP (FMEA, control plan, overview of capabilities,…); 

Carries out the validation of the Quality system assurance in projects, changes in technology and production processes; 

Organizes the evaluation of SPC regulations cards, checks the effectiveness of measures; 

Methodically manages the Quality inspectors in the pre-production phase, participates in "quality circles", cooperates with the Pareto analysis; Participates in issuing and completing 8D reports, proposes preventive measures for improvement; 

Defines/proposes design and technological changes; 

Responsible of capabilities (MSA, Cp, Cm,…), results of measurement protocols; Cooperates in identifying the causes of Quality and developing measures to prevent the occurrence of quality, taking immediate measures to ensure quality (stopping production and products). 

Qualifications

Engineering degree at least Bachelor; 

Experience in Quality management or manufacturing/engineering minimum 1 year; 

Knowledge in PFEMA, Control plan, PPAP tools and methodologies; 

Knowledge in ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 140001 and VDA standards;

Knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point etc.; 

Excellent command of English – verbal and written; 

Strict, responsible, well-organized, team oriented; 

Ability to work independently and set priorities. 

Strong communication skills. 

Additional Information

Experience in Automotive industry is strongly required!
