We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and scale affiliate partnerships in the USA insurance market (Auto, Health, Life, Personal Loans etc). The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and compliance-heavy verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (publishers, media buyers, networks)
Build strong relationships with high-performing partners in the US insurance space
Negotiate payouts, caps, and deal structures
Campaign Management
Manage CPA/CPL campaigns across insurance verticals (Auto, Health, Life, Final Expense)
Monitor daily performance (leads, conversions, ROI, approval rates)
Optimize campaigns based on traffic quality and partner performance
Traffic & Performance Optimization
Analyze affiliate traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Native, Email, Call transfers)
Improve lead quality and conversion rates
Scale profitable campaigns while controlling fraud and compliance risks
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to USA insurance compliance standards (TCPA, HIPAA where applicable)
Monitor for fraudulent or low-quality traffic
Work closely with compliance teams and advertisers
Reporting & Analytics
Track KPIs: EPC, CTR, CVR, ROI, Approval Rates
Generate performance reports for internal teams and clients
Use tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, Tune, CAKE)
Client & Advertiser Coordination
Liaise with insurance advertisers and networks
Manage campaign requirements, creatives, and landing pages
Ensure delivery of high-quality leads/calls
Required skills & qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
Strong knowledge of USA insurance vertical (Auto, ACA, Medicare, Life)
Experience with CPL/CPA/Pay-per-call models
Familiarity with tracking tools (Tune, Everflow, CAKE, Voluum, RedTrack)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with pay-per-call campaigns and Lead Gen campaigns
Existing affiliate network or publisher connections
Knowledge of lead validation & call center flows
Experience handling monthly budgets and scaling campaigns
