About the role

We are seeking an experienced Agent Enablement & Training Specialist with a strong focus on agent onboarding, sales capability development, and digital platform training to join our dynamic team. As an Agent Enablement & Training Specialist, you will be working closely with the IPS team and play a crucial role in empowering Agents to be fully productive, digitally capable, and motivated to drive sales performance and contribute to Igloo’s growth.



Job Responsibilities 

  • Conduct onboarding sessions covering product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and sales processes to ensure Agents are fully compliant before selling.
  • Provide comprehensive training on Ignite, including account setup, submissions, tracking, and troubleshooting to ensure Agents are fully digitally capable.
  • Deliver sales capability development programs covering communication, needs analysis, customer approach, and closing techniques.
  • Communicate ongoing sales campaigns, promo mechanics, and incentive structures to boost Agent motivation and alignment with business goals.
  • Track Agent productivity, identify skill gaps, and recommend tailored training or coaching to maximize performance.
  • Drive engagement through online/offline events, community groups, spotlight stories, and networking to maintain motivation and retention.
  • Execute recognition initiatives to celebrate top performers and reinforce positive competition across the Agent network.
  • Support Agents in using digital tools, including new feature introductions, updates, and best practices to accelerate adoption.
  • Assist Agents in resolving operational challenges (e.g., submission errors, commission inquiries) by coordinating with relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Collect and relay insights from Agents to internal teams to enhance products, systems, and overall Agent experience.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and engagement metrics to support reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, Training/Education, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales training, agent enablement, business development support, or similar roles, preferably in insurance, fintech, or telecommunications.
  • Experience conducting training or facilitation for frontline sales teams or external partners is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; able to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset — able to track performance metrics and turn insights into action plans.
  • Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Growth mindset, willingness to learn, and passion for empowering others.
