We are looking for a seasoned Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced AI agent systems using cloud-native technologies and cutting-edge frameworks. You’ll work on creating LLM-powered, reasoning-enabled agentic solutions, leveraging the Azure AI ecosystem, and integrating them into real-world products and systems. This role calls for someone who can move fast, prototype intelligently, and deliver scalable, production-ready AI infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic AI systems leveraging Azure OpenAI and GPT-based models.
• Build intelligent agent frameworks using tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or custom-designed solutions.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure Cognitive Search or vector DBs to enable grounded, high-accuracy responses.
• Deploy, maintain, and monitor models using Azure Machine Learning with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Create orchestration workflows using Azure Bot Service, Logic Apps, or similar automation platforms.
• Implement semantic search and vector database solutions (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Cosmos DB with vector search).
• Design and deliver cloud-native microservices and APIs that support large-scale AI agent systems.
• Rapidly prototype new agentic capabilities and iterate based on user and business feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions that align with strategic objectives.

 What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6–8+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, C#, or Node.js with strong backend fundamentals.
• Practical expertise in the Azure AI ecosystem — Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure ML, and surrounding services.
• Proven capability to build agentic frameworks using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalent tools.
• Solid understanding of vector databases and semantic retrieval technologies (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
• Strong command over API development, microservices, and cloud-native architectural patterns.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality prototypes and production-grade AI components.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period, enabling quick onboarding into active AI initiatives.
