AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team working on cutting-edge initiatives involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic frameworks, and end-to-end MLOps workflows on Azure.

You will play a key role in building AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and Google ADK, applying advanced prompt engineering techniques, and ensuring robust monitoring, tracing, and performance optimization using Azure-native tools. Collaboration with engineering and data teams will ensure AI solutions align with broader software and ML architectures

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Azure

• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and fine-tuning techniques

• Utilize and integrate AI frameworks such as LangChain

• Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to solve complex problems using LLMs

• Build and manage agentic frameworks (CrewAI, Google ADK)

• Apply MLOps best practices using Azure services to streamline AI development workflows

• Deploy, monitor, and trace AI application performance using Azure ML, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights

• Collaborate across teams to align AI solutions with traditional ML and software engineering practices

• Work on end-to-end software engineering for scalable, production-grade AI systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure AI & ML services, including:

  • Azure Machine Learning

  • Azure OpenAI Service

  • Azure AI Search / Cognitive Search

  • Azure Data & Compute services

• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and traditional AI concepts

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model training, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD on Azure)

• Solid programming skills in Python (or other relevant languages)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
