AI Engineer (Fullstack) - Remote

Experience: 5+ Years
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing robust full stack applications
- Solid hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, C#/JAVA
- Strong Python skills (a must-have)
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals:
- OOP design principles
- Asynchronous programming
- Lazy loading, caching, performance optimization
- A sharp problem-solver who can think creatively and architect solutions outside the norm
- Proven track record of owning features end-to-end: from design to testing, deployment, and production support
- Experience with code quality, testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in production systems (e.g., embedding search, AI assistants, language models)
- Familiarity with AI concepts like RAG, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
- Exposure of scaling from AI ideas to fully deployed features with QA, security, and monitoring
- Docker, AKS, Kubernetes
