iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as an AI Engineer working remotely who has experience architecting and shipping robust multi-agent systems in production, and knows what it takes to do so at scale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for talented AI engineers who have experience architecting and shipping robust multi-agent systems in production, and know what it takes to do so at scale. You’ll be a core part of a cross-functional team working on the AI Coach.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI Coach capabilities
- Collaborate closely with a high-impact inter-disciplinary team to build and ship production-quality code
- Contribute to a data culture by building systems that enable evals and application observability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for AI-driven systems
- Improve foundational LLMs
- Ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry by actively monitoring and adopting new developments in AI and machine learning.
- Cultivate a culture of growth by providing mentorship and expert guidance to our engineering team on AI and software development best practices.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant engineering and AI experience
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph and Llama-Index) and building, deploying and maintaining LLM-based agentic applications in production are essential
- Demonstrated expertise in writing production-level Python/Typescript code
- Proven ability to design and prototype AI solutions quickly
- Experience with production-level multi-agent AI systems is a must
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
